Moy Square Wheels Cycling Club

The club is part of a popular interclub league (the IC5) with other local clubs in the area. The IC5 is a combination of road races, individual time trials and team trials and typically runs from April until July. To take part in the interclub league you must be a member of the club and hold an appropriate cycling licence. Club members also regularly compete in other Cycling Ireland “open” road racing events throughout the year.

The club runs a road race event each year, the Autumn Gold Road Race.
The inaugural Autumn Gold took place in 2017 and typically attracts up to 180 riders from across Ireland.

Over the winter a lot of the club members take part in cyclocross races as part of the Ulster Cyclocross Series.
We also host an annual cyclocross race, the Cathedral Cross which takes place in the Palace Stables, Armagh.
